Home Creations was established at the turn of the new millennium in 2001 with the merger of 2 career designers Curtis Colson, Jr. and Roxanne Colson. We are located in the Victor B. Colson Bldg. at 314 Hwy 90 Waveland, Both Curtis & Roxanne owned and operated separate businesses in Curtis, an LSU graduate of Architecture and owner of CpC Design-Build since 1984 and Roxanne, a professional interior decorator and owner of Curtis & Roxanne both with over 20 years experience combined their best assets to offer in store design solutions, product selections and installation. Home Creations was established to offer the homeowner a home decorating center that provides in house design consultations and product selections. The store designers are experienced and knowledgeable and are ready to provide the customer with design and product information. The store products are carefully selected by Curtis & Roxanne to offer choice and value at a good price. Home Creations’ mission is to present the design world to the homeowners. The design staff assists the customer at any project level or size and includes cabinets, flooring and countertops, additions, remodeling and new construction. Our policy is to encouraged customers to share their style and color ideas with the store designer. The designer involves the customer in the product selections and develops a complete design solution for the customer’s approval. The designers will provide personal attention to customer needs and present 3D computer imaging to better aid the customer’s visual concept. The products selections are manufacturer direct and are very competitively priced to fit the customer’s budget. The customer and designer enjoy a large selection of Kitchen & Bath Cabinets, Granite and Marble Counter Tops, and a large selection of Flooring that will compliment your style and budget. To complete your project, color consultations are offered using Benjamin Moore Paint colors that can be customized to match your décor. Our newly added window treatments custom fitted and installed will add that finishing touch to your project. When the customer is pleased with the design solution the designer turns the information over to the project manager. The project manager gathers information for material requirements and presents a complete material and installation estimate for the customer’s approval usually at a savings compared to big box operations. Each and every customer is given direct attention and if additional personal time is required the designer will schedule an appointment. Home Creations was devastated in hurricane Katrina’s wake but we dug out of the mud and opened our doors to service the needs of our community. Home Creations is bigger and better since Hurricane Katrina. Home Creations has several exclusive products and is a Shaw Design with budget in mind, Where decorating begins.
